Transportation#

The acacia server currently has several methods of recommended transportation.

Minecart#

The server uses the Minecart Improvements experiment with the maximum minecart speed set to 52 blocks per second. This is the maximum speed of a minecart in the game. Many players have built stations and railways to travel quickly across the server.

Commands#

There are two commands that players can use to teleport around the server. Each teleportation commands have an experience cost to run and has a cooldown period.

/home#

This command teleports the player to their home location. Players can set their home location using the /sethome command. This command is useful for quickly returning to a base or a different location.

Every player can set a maximum of one home location.

Costs#

• Each teleport to /home costs 3 experience levels.
• Changing your home through /sethome, costs 15 experience levels.

/spawn#

This command teleports the player to the spawn location of the server. This is useful for quickly returning to the spawn point or for meeting up with other players.

Costs#

• Each teleport to /spawn costs 3 experience levels.
